Product Quality Giveaway Reduction
- Review gasoline and distillate blending to identify gaps leading to quality giveaway.
- Implement statistical approaches and system tools to reduce quality giveaway in blend recipes.

Hydrocarbon Loss Control and Measurement Assurance
- Identify opportunities to enhance daily and in-month yield accounting and reconciliation, allowing for effective changes to operations, commercial decisions, reforecasting month end position, and understanding actual variance to plan.
- Improve overall mass balance by up to 60%.
- Ensure all custody meters are calibrated and read using industry best practice such as API and EN to provide accurate volume readings.
- Certify Sediment & Water analysis from inhouse and 3rd party labs to provide accurate crude receipts.
- Assess the refinery material balance process to assure the accuracy and physical visibility of crudes, feedstocks, and finished products.
