ESC Spectrum acquires Control Analytics expanding product and service offerings
ESC Spectrum, industry leader industry leader in air emissions monitoring and compliance, has acquired Control Analytics, Inc. Control Analytics provides continuous emissions and process monitoring systems and services to a variety of industries. The acquired company is located near Pittsburgh, PA., and will operate as Control Analytics, an ESC Spectrum company.
“Control Analytics expands our capability to provide continuous emissions and process monitoring systems and services,” said Jeff Rabensteine, President of ESC Spectrum. “They are experts at providing systems that meet the unique requirements of the refinery and petrochemical industries, and they provide us with an additional service center to better meet the needs of our customers in the northeastern U.S.”
ESC Spectrum delivers products and services for air emissions compliance to customers in a variety of industries, including electric power, petroleum, chemical, ethanol, biomass, glass, and more. The company is the leading provider of continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) and associated data acquisition systems (DAS) in the U.S, offering a comprehensive end-to-end solution. Products include StackVision™, Prism®, CEMDAS Evolution 8864 Data Controller, QAInsight™, FlexReports™,and RataView™. Their services include CEMS integration, certification, maintenance, repairs, and spare parts, as well as CEMS DAS training, regulatory consulting, emissions reporting, and stack testing.
ESC Spectrum has helped customers succeed for over 50 years and continues to grow to better meet customers’ air emissions compliance and monitoring needs. In 2018, ESC acquired Spectrum Systems, Inc., and in 2020, legally changed its name to ESC Spectrum. In December 2021, ESC Spectrum acquired Monitoring Solutions.
Founded over 30 years ago, Control Analytics, Inc. is a world-class process analytics engineering, systems integration, and analyzer component distribution company specializing in on-line systems and analyzers for industrial use. Their products include continuous emissions monitoring systems, flare gas monitoring systems, natural gas custody transfer monitoring systems, and process monitoring systems. They provide system and analyzer engineering, certification, maintenance, and repair services.
