Pinti Wang receives lifetime achievement award from Hydrocarbon Processing

Pinti Wang, president of Sulzer GTC Technology, is the 2019 recipient of Hydrocarbon Processing magazine’s Lifetime Achievement Award. Hydrocarbon Processing’s awards recognize and honor the midstream and downstream processing industry’s top innovations and innovators. Nearly 150 of the industry’s brightest minds gathered on November 6 to celebrate the winners of this year’s awards.

Honorees took home awards in 17 categories – 14 encompassing the latest technological advances in the hydrocarbon processing industry and three people awards – from the gala event in Houston. These innovations are enabling refinery, petrochemical and gas processing/LNG operators to optimize their operations.

Nearly 100 nominations were submitted from more than 20 countries. An independent Hydrocarbon Processing advisory board voted on each abstract.
