Doug Kelly is appointed as KBR President - Technology Solutions

Doug Kelly has assumed the position of KBR’s President - Technology Solutions. Mr. Kelly is responsible for KBR’s global technology licensing business, delivering technology, proprietary equipment, engineering and technical services to the refining, petrochemical, coal monetization and synthesis gas segments.

· Mr. Kelly will serve on KBR’s Executive Leadership Team reporting directly to CEO Stuart Bradie.

· Joined KBR in 2010 and most recently served as Senior Vice President responsible for Global Sales & Marketing for the Technology Solutions business.

· Brings over 30 years of experience in the Refining and Petrochemical Industry.

· Started his career as a process engineer at Shell Oil Company in Houston and has held various positions including Chief Operating Officer at Zero Emission Energy Plants (ZEEP), Vice President at Invensys, and Vice President at Aspen Technology

· Mr. Kelly has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma class and is a Licensed Professional Engineer registered in Texas.
