The revamping of high density polyethylene tubes for furnaces awarded to Manoir Industries

Manoir Pîtres, a Manoir Industries subsidiary, is proud to announce the award of a significant contract with one of the world’s largest plastics,  chemical, and refining companies. These  tubes are dedicated to one of the plants of this customer located in Germany for the revamping of the coils installed in high density (PEHD) polyethylene furnaces.

The aluminum, based centrifugal cast tubes, are being manufactured using Manoir's high tech alloy proprietary Manaurite® 40XO, in its leading production center in Pîtres, France. This type of alloy limits the carburization effect and increases tube lifetime expectancy compared to standard  alloys. The casting operations have already started to replace the existing coils before the end of the year 2014.

These components are fabricated under the 'One Manoir International' production methodology which guarantees coherent manufacturing and quality control processes across all plants in France, the UK, India and China.
