Stephen Goff appointed plant manager of Chevron Phillips Chemical’s Borger facility

Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP is pleased to announce that Stephen Goff has been appointed plant manager of the Borger plant in Borger, Texas, effective March 1.

For more than 20 years, Goff has worked in various process engineering, process automation, operating and maintenance managerial roles, including serving as operations manager at the Borger plant since May 2012.

Goff is replacing John Kmetz who was appointed as appointed general manager, asset integrity and manufacturing, in the corporate office in The Woodlands, Texas.
