Alfa Laval wins SEK 100M oil and gas order in Canada

Alfa Laval Group – a world leader in heat transfer, centrifugal separation and fluid handling – has won an order to supply compact heat exchangers to a crude oil production facility in Canada. The order, booked in the Energy & Environment segment, has a value of approximately SEK 100 million. Deliveries are scheduled for 2014 and 2015.

The compact heat exchangers will be used for heat recovery and cooling of produced water in the crude oil treatment process.

“This order is yet another confirmation of the high activity level in the North American oil and gas industry,” says Lars Renström, President and CEO of the Alfa Laval Group.
