GEAÂ´s heat exchangers now under one roof in Spain

Since September 13, 2013, the two Spanish companies GEA Ibérica S.A. and GEA Caldemón S.A. are jointly doing business under their new name GEA Heat Exchangers S.A. The registered office of the company is in Igorre, Spain. GEA Heat Exchangers S.A. will continue to serve the customers of the two subsidiaries with heat exchanger systems and solutions as before. The sales structure will likewise remain unchanged. The product portfolio of GEA Heat Exchangers S.A. includes finned tube heat exchangers, plate heat exchangers, shell and tube heat exchangers, and air-cooled condensers. This merger of the two subsidiaries under one roof will continue GEA corporate strategy of simplifying internal structures.
