Luoyang Petrochemical producing new high melt flow rate fiber materials

To diversify the range of products and to meet the great domestic market demand on high melt flow rate fiber materials, Luoyang Petrochemical Company No.2 polypropylene unit has started successful PPH-Y35 production.

Luoyang Petrochemical Company No. 2 polypropylene unit has been recently producing new quality PPH-Y35 high melt flow rate fiber products. By present, Luoyang Petrochemical No. 2 polypropylene unit has been producing PPH-T03, PPH-F03D, PPH-Y26L and PPH-Y35 types of fiber materials, with melt flow rates between 3g/minute and 35g/minute.

To diversify the range of No.2 polypropylene unit products and to meet the great domestic market demand on high melt flow rate fiber materials, Luoyang Petrochemical has installed new supporting equipment and, therefore, solved the operation problems caused by pressure fluctuation of the first domestic brand gear pump-free pelleting machine. This resulted in successful PPH-Y35 production.
