Larsen & Toubro Hydrocarbon to construct a paraxylene plant

L&T Hydrocarbon has secured an order of over `1000 crore to construct a paraxylene plant for a leading refinery in India. The company signed a memorandum of understanding to execute composite construction works, including civil, mechanical and erection and installation, for the project.

L&T will mobilise about 25,000 workmen and 600 staff for the project which will be executed over a period of 30 months.
