GEA's new website presents its heat exchangers segment as innovative and customer-oriented
GEA Heat Exchangers Segment launches its new customer website and presents its complete product portfolio on one Website for the first time.
This new homepage offers website visitors many advantages. They have quick and easy access to their local sales contacts. Besides detailed product information about the heat exchangers portfolio, all associated documents and an After Sales & Service section, the website also features easy access to product-specific calculation tools. A media section facilitates the search for important animations, movies, and documentation. The career section, a schedule of trade fairs and events, as well as the latest news offer additional and interesting sources of information.
“Making searches for product and contact persons as easy as possible for customers was of prime important to us,” explains Carola Lenkewitz, Director of Marketing and Communications at GEA Heat Exchangers. This is a challenge, with having one of the largest portfolio worldwide. With GEA plate heat exchangers, shell and tube heat exchangers, air-cooled heat exchangers, air filter systems, synthetic fillings for numerous areas of application, wet cooling towers and dry cooling systems, as well as air-conditioning technology, GEA offers comprehensive coverage of the spectrum.
Carola Lenkewitz explains what makes GEA Heat Exchangers unique and a preferred partner: “Our performance promise is to provide our customers unique expertise and experience in heat exchange (HX = heat exchange). That is what we call our HX-Factor. It means efficient, reliable and sustainable solutions in line with the signs of the times.”
In future, further language versions will be integrated. Moreover, information on the various application areas of GEA heat exchangers for the different markets will follow. “The heat exchanger website lives on its topicality and flexibility and will continue to grow steadily”, explains Markus Köntker, Senior Manager for Electronic Media at GEA Heat Exchangers. “In cooperation with our internal specialists we will not only ensure continuously updated website content, but also assurance that our various interest groups will find the information they need as quickly and easy as possible.”
