TNK-BP warning of abusive market players acting on behalf of Ryazan Oil Refinery Company

TNÐš-Ð’Ð issues a warning about potential risks caused by cooperation with abusive market players that act on behalf of CJSC RORC (part of the TNK-BP Group of Companies).

In view of requests from the organizations that are offered by unidentified persons to enter into contracts on behalf of CJSC RORC, TNK-BP would like to advise that the domain ryazan-tnk-bp.ru has nothing to do with CJSC RORC. Commercial offers posted on this domain or sent from it are false and used for fraud purposes.

TNK-BP and its Subsidiaries do not bear responsibility for the activities of persons who illegally act on behalf of the Group and preserve the right to take statutory actions to prevent fraud and violation of any other rights.

TNK-BP would like to ask all market players to check the reliability of information on potential partners to allow mitigating the risk of fraud. Updated information of the activities of the TNK-BP Group of Companies is available on the official website www.tnk-bp.ru.
