Sulzer to move into the Wintower

Sulzer is relocating its head office in Winterthur to the Wintower at Neuwiesenstrasse 15 in Winterthur. The move will involve the relocation of around 360 workplaces and is scheduled to take place during the first half of 2013. The company has signed an agreement with Wintower Immobilien AG to rent the upper 14 floors of Switzerland's third tallest building.
 
The move to Wintower will create more room for the employees, whose numbers have risen slightly in recent years due to positive business developments, including at the company’s head office in Winterthur. In addition, Sulzer’s head office in Winterthur is currently housed at five different addresses. The move into one building will help promote cooperation across divisions and departments, and it will also reduce servicing and maintenance costs over the longer term.
