Chinese president Hu Jintao meets Bjerne S. Clausen, CEO Haldor Topsoe

In relation to the Chinese president Hu Jintao’s state visit to Denmark Bjerne S. Clausen, CEO of Haldor Topsoe, had the honour to meet Mr President Hu Jintao.

“We are excited about the Chinese state visit and see it as a unique opportunity to further strengthen the already sound relationship between China and Haldor Topsøe,” says Bjerne S. Clausen.

During the state visit Topsoe signed an agreement to purchase land for a new catalyst plant in the Tianjin city of China.

“We are anxious to start building,” says Bjerne S. Clausen. “The new plant will provide further growth for the local community and strengthen the Danish and Chinese cooperation to contribute to China’s energy efficiency.”
