Dow water & process solutions headquarters named top workplace
For the second consecutive year, the Dow Water & Process Solutions (DW&PS) Edina, Minnesota site has ranked as a Top Workplace in the Star Tribune's Top Workplaces survey.
The site was ranked 27th of 100 in an employee-based survey project from the Minnesota newspaper Star Tribune.
"I am thrilled DW&PS employees are participating in the survey and ranking us as a Top Workplace," said Ian Barbour, general manager for DW&PS. "Maintaining an excellent work environment for our current and future employees is extremely important to us, and this survey provides us with a neutral gauge on how we stack up against other workplaces in Minnesota."
In March, DW&PS employees in Minnesota were invited to participate in a confidential online survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics LLC as part of the annual workplace ranking done by the Star Tribune. More than 440 Minnesota employees participated in the survey.
"The Top Workplace ranking for a second consecutive year is a reflection of the pride DW&PS employees feel for their workplace," said Barbour. "This survey shows us we are succeeding in fostering a respectful work environment for our employees."
Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions about leadership, communication, career opportunities, workplace environment, managerial skills, pay and benefits. The analysis included responses from over 71,200 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.
