Intertek extends its relationship with SABIC in Geleen

Intertek, a leading provider of quality and safety solutions serving a wide range of industries around the world; has extended its long term relationship with SABIC in Geleen, one of the world’s largest petrochemicals manufacturers.

The contract extension positions Intertek as a strategic supplier of testing, inspection, and analytical laboratory services to SABIC.

Intertek has provided pilot plant testing and related services support to SABIC since many years at Geleen, in the Netherlands which is a key petrochemical hub and home to SABIC’s European plastics production. Since then Intertek has extended its support to SABIC with support across a wider range of products and locations.

With the renewed contract, both companies will pursue more global engagement that should lead to a more competitive advantage for SABIC in terms of laboratory knowledge, rapid and responsive service and technical experience via Intertek’s global network.
